Proposal Intelligence
Proposals that stand up to the evaluator.
Prysme writes proposals for RFPs, grant applications, expressions of interest and questionnaires. It drafts from your organization’s own information, has AI readers modeled on the evaluators you need to convince review each draft, and keeps your work in a library that grows with every submission.
14-day free trial, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to continue. Your content is stored on a private server administered by AppsTech Labs and is excluded from AI model training. Security and data

Getting started
Ready on day one.
No implementation project. Start with the documents you already have.
The profile, from one document.
Prysme reads an annual report, a capability statement or a company presentation and fills in the organization profile. The team reviews it before it is used, and can also fill it in by hand.
The library, from one past proposal.
Prysme splits a past proposal into reusable passages. Each passage is suggested only after the team approves it. A team without past proposals starts with an empty library, which fills as it writes.
The first proposal, already structured.
An RFP response opens with eleven sections: ten to draft and a compliance matrix built from the call’s requirements. A grant proposal opens with sixteen: fifteen to draft and an eligibility and compliance checklist built the same way. Each other type opens with its own. The team drafts from its approved content, and the evaluator panel scores the draft the way an evaluator would before it is sent.
Who uses Prysme.
Bid teams at contractors
They answer public and private RFPs, where a single missed requirement can disqualify a bid. Prysme lists the compliance requirements and shows the section that answers each one.
Grant writers
They answer calls for proposals and report to funders on the grants they win. Prysme drafts from the organization’s own information and builds an AI reviewer from the call’s scoring grid.
Commercial proposal teams
They write sales proposals and answer security questionnaires. Prysme suggests past answers from the content library, so each first draft starts from approved content. Insights show the win rate by type and by buyer.
The fundamentals
The essentials, covered.
Requirements, pulled out and tracked.
Prysme reads the RFP in a minute or two and lists every requirement and scoring criterion. A compliance matrix shows where each one is addressed.
Bid or no-bid.
The team scores the opportunity on fit, eligibility, capacity, relationship, competition, value and timeline, with an AI recommendation as a starting point.
AI drafts from your approved content.
Prysme drafts each section from your company profile, your library and the RFP or call for proposals, in your house style, in about a minute. When a figure or a detail is missing, it asks you for it.
An approved content library.
Approved content, references and past answers live in one library, with review dates for figures that go out of date.
Past answers, ready to reuse.
Prysme suggests content from your library for each section, and the whole library is searchable.
The right expert on each section.
Each section is assigned to the person who knows the subject, with a due date. Comments stay attached to each section.
Review and approval.
Each section moves from draft through review to approval. The section history keeps each AI draft, revision and hand edit, and once you edit a section by hand, Prysme asks before redrafting it.
Win and loss analysis.
Insights show the win rate by type and by funder or buyer, the reasons recorded, and the library content used in winning proposals. Content past its review date is flagged.

Before you submit
A final review before you submit.
Your team reviews each section. Before the proposal goes out, a panel of AI evaluators reads the whole draft the way the buyer or funder will. Each one scores it against the call's own evaluation criteria and weights, as Prysme read them from the call, and against their profile's criteria.
- 01
AI evaluator profiles for each edition, or your own.
Business profiles include a buyer’s IT director, a buyer’s CFO, an information security assessor and a public procurement evaluator. Nonprofit profiles include a foundation program officer, a grant accountant, a monitoring and evaluation specialist, a public contracting officer and a government program manager. An AI evaluator can also be built from the call in one click: the call’s scoring grid and its weights become its criteria, and it is selected first whenever the call has a grid.
- 02
Scored against the call.
Each reviewer scores every criterion, gives a verdict, lists strengths and weaknesses, ranks the fixes by priority and asks the questions you are likely to face. Each fix quotes the relevant passage and names the section it appears in. Every reviewer also runs four checks: figures with no visible source, win themes not tied to a scoring criterion, results that restate the activities, and a budget narrative that differs from the budget table or the work plan.
- 03
You choose the fixes.
Your team selects the fixes it accepts, and Prysme redrafts the affected sections from your own sources. When a fix needs a figure your sources do not contain, Prysme asks you for it. A section edited by hand is redrafted only if you agree. A second run of the panel shows the new scores.

Questions
Common questions.
How does review work?
There are two kinds of review. Your team reviews each section: it has an owner and a due date, comments stay attached to it, and it moves from draft through review to approval. The reviewer panel then reads the whole proposal the way the buyer or funder will, and gives each reviewer's score, verdict and priority fixes.
Which edition fits our work?
Business is for companies and consultancies that answer RFPs, tenders, expressions of interest and questionnaires. Nonprofit is for registered nonprofits: grants, reports to funders, letters of inquiry, and RFPs and tenders for service contracts. Both editions include every proposal type; each shows its own first, with its own AI evaluators and roles. A nonprofit adds its registration document at sign-up, for example an IRS determination letter, and the Nonprofit edition and prices apply immediately. AppsTech Labs checks the document afterward; a workspace that does not qualify moves to Business at its next renewal, and the account owner is notified by email and in Prysme.
Does Prysme draft from our own content?
Yes. Each section is drafted from your company profile, your library, the RFP or call for proposals, and the facts you confirm. When a figure or a detail is missing, Prysme asks you for it, and your answer goes into the next draft.
How are requirements tracked?
Prysme lists every requirement and scoring criterion in the RFP or call for proposals. The compliance matrix shows the section that answers each one and its status: addressed, partly addressed, missing or to check.
How does Prysme handle our data?
Your content is stored on a private server administered by AppsTech Labs, and each organization's data is kept separate from that of other customers. Prysme drafts and reviews with Anthropic's Claude models. Under Anthropic's terms for commercial products, the content sent to the models is excluded from model training by default and deleted within 30 days. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which holds the card details. After a cancellation, the data remains available for export for 90 days and may then be deleted; on a written request, it is deleted sooner, within 30 days. A data processing agreement is available on request. The security and data note (PDF) gives the details.
Can we try Prysme first?
Yes. The free trial lasts 14 days, with 3 team members in Business or 4 in Nonprofit, ten active proposals and 1,000 AI credits. No credit card is required.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe's secure checkout. Organizations that need to pay by invoice can ask us, and invoices are payable within 30 days. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. The first payment of a plan, monthly or yearly, is refunded in full on request within 14 days. The terms of service give the details.
What happens when we use all our AI credits?
Each AI action uses credits: about 6 for a section draft, 10 for a reviewer and 12 for reading an average opportunity document. An action that has started always finishes. At zero, AI features are paused until more credits are added; editing by hand, answers, prices, the pre-send check and exports stay available. On a paid plan, extra credits come in packs of 1,000 for $69 and are kept until used; the monthly allowance starts again at the next credit month. During the trial, choosing a plan adds that plan's credits.
Can we add more team members?
Every active member uses a seat, reviewers included, and deactivating a member frees the seat. In Business, Starter allows 3 members, Professional 10 and Organization 50. In Nonprofit, Starter allows 4 and Professional 11, one more seat for a finance reviewer, and Organization 50. On Professional, each pack of 5 extra members costs $159 a month in Business and $109 a month in Nonprofit (up to 3 packs) and also adds 10 active proposals and 2,000 AI credits a month.
Do we need Salesforce or Google Drive?
No. Prysme works on its own, in a browser, with every feature included. Salesforce and Google Drive are optional connections for teams that already use them.
A fourteen-day free trial.
The trial includes 3 team members in Business or 4 in Nonprofit, ten active proposals and 1,000 AI credits, with no credit card required. You can draft the first sections from a call you are working on now, once you upload it and fill in your organization profile.
